定价 Pricing

OceanLeo 是一个在线 AI 工作台（oceanleo.cn）。你先为账户充值一笔余额（prepaid balance），之后每次调用 AI 能力（文本、图像、文档等）时，系统按该次调用的真实算力成本从余额中精确扣除。余额用完即停，消费不会透支（只有拒付或支付机构单方面退款才会把余额扣成负数，详见退款政策第 7 节）。

OceanLeo accepts a prepaid balance and charges per use. Each AI request deducts its exact cost from your balance. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.

你为每次调用支付的金额，等于对应模型厂商的官方 token 市场价（按实际消耗的 token 数计算）。 OceanLeo 不加价、不抽成。每一笔开销都可在「账户 → 用量记录」中逐条查看， 点开即可审计本次发送给模型与模型返回的完整内容。

The amount you pay per call equals the upstream model provider's official per-token market price. OceanLeo adds no markup and takes no cut.

你可以随时在 充值页 为账户充值。支持支付宝、微信支付，最低充值金额为 ¥1。充值即时到账，余额永久有效（账户存续期间不过期）。充值后 60 天内可按 退款政策 退回未使用部分。

单笔充值与钱包余额有上限，按账号用量自动放宽：新账号单笔不超过 ¥500、充后余额不超过 ¥1,000；有稳定消费的账号单笔不超过 ¥3,000、充后余额不超过 ¥5,000 与近 30 天消费 × 3 中较大者（最高 ¥20,000）。具体以充值页显示为准，规则见 《充值额度说明》。更大金额请联系 dev@oceanleo.cn 走对公转账。

You can top up at any time with Alipay or WeChat Pay. Unused balance can be refunded within 60 days under the refund policy. Per-order and wallet-balance caps apply and widen automatically with your usage (new accounts: ¥500 per order, ¥1,000 balance; established accounts: up to ¥3,000 per order and ¥20,000 balance).

账户余额、价格与每次扣费均以人民币（CNY）计价，通过支付宝 / 微信支付结算。

Your balance, prices and every charge are in CNY, settled through Alipay / WeChat Pay.

新注册用户可获得一次性体验余额，便于在充值前试用。 赠送余额仅供体验使用，不可提现。

未消耗的充值余额可在付款后 60 天内、每笔订单 1 次，在「账户 → 充值」页面自助退回原支付方式，扣除该笔付款实际产生的支付通道费； 赠送金与已扣费的用量不退。详见 退款政策。如有任何计费疑问，请联系 dev@oceanleo.cn。

Unused top-up balance can be refunded to the original payment method within 60 days of payment, once per order, from Account → Top-up; the payment-channel fee of the original charge is deducted. Bonus credit and charged usage are not refundable. See the refund policy for details.
