个人信息处理者为 深圳市极目野光科技有限公司（统一社会信用代码 91440300MAKE54BD0T，地址：深圳市南山区西丽街道松坪山社区松坪山路5号嘉达研发大楼A座530，518057）。隐私相关事宜，包括行使本政策第 8 节的权利，请写信到 dev@oceanleo.cn。个人信息保护负责人的联系方式同为 dev@oceanleo.cn。

The personal information handler is 深圳市极目野光科技有限公司. Contact dev@oceanleo.cn for anything in this policy, including the rights in section 8.

先说你会遇到什么：注册时填邮箱或手机；用 AI 时输入内容并拿到结果；充值时在微信支付 / 支付宝页面付款。对应的数据如下。

• 账户：邮箱或手机号、第三方登录标识、昵称与头像、语言与主题偏好。
• 使用与内容：你输入的提示词、上传的文件、生成的文字 / 图片 / 视频 / 代码、对话历史、 你建的站点 / 项目 / 应用数据、AI 记忆条目；每次调用的模型名、token 数、扣费金额。
• 支付：充值订单金额、状态、支付通道订单号、本次付款的通道手续费、以及你下单时的IP 地址和设备标识。银行卡号与支付账户密码不经过我们，由微信支付 / 支付宝直接处理。
• 技术：IP 地址（安全事件里只存脱敏后的前两段，如 1.2.*.*）、浏览器 User-Agent、时区、 会话 Cookie、设备 Cookie（见第 10 节）。
• 设备桥（桌面客户端）：你配对的电脑的名称、平台、在线状态、授权类别的只读镜像，以及每个下发任务的结构性摘要（条目数、字节数、列名、行数、退出码；Python 任务另有不超过 2000 字符的输出尾部）。文件正文不上传；命令行的完整输出只写进你电脑上的本地审计。我们不采集屏幕画面或键鼠输入。
• 云浏览器：会话内的关键截图、去掉密钥参数的网址与标题、以及为了断点续用而加密保存的 cookies / localStorage 快照。你手动接管期间不自动截图，你输入的内容不记录。
• BYOK 自带密钥：你填的厂商 API key 经服务器加密后只存在你浏览器的 Cookie 里， 服务器每次请求解密、用完即弃，不写数据库、不记日志；我们只保留一个用来显示的指纹（如 sk-…ab3f）。
• 内容争议：AI 投诉中你主动填写的问题说明、参考编号、人工答复与复核材料；如登录后关联自己的任务、审核记录或文件，只核验所有权，不自动复制私有提示词或文件快照。其他举报或权利通知中的内容快照、你填写的身份要件、反通知与申诉材料；已下架内容的文本 / 图片指纹（用于阻止重传）。

对支付信息、精确位置等敏感个人信息，我们在收集前单独取得你的同意，并只用于告知你的目的。

Account identifiers; your prompts, uploads, outputs, chat history and project data; top-up orders with the payment-channel order number (WeChat Pay / Alipay), channel fee and the IP / device used to order; IP, User-Agent, session and device cookies; device-bridge task summaries (never file contents, screen or keystrokes); cloud-browser key screenshots, redacted URLs and an encrypted storage-state checkpoint; a sealed BYOK cookie held only in your browser; and content-dispute snapshots, notices and takedown fingerprints.

依据《个人信息保护法》第十三条，我们处理你的个人信息基于以下情形之一：

• 为订立、履行你作为一方当事人的合同所必需：账户、对话与生成内容、用量与扣费、退款、LeoBay 交易。
• 为履行法定义务所必需：会计档案、税务、反洗钱、依法配合监管与司法机关。
• 取得你的同意：BYOK 自带密钥、设备桥本机执行、新设备通知邮件；敏感个人信息取得单独同意。
• 为维护本服务安全所必需：防欺诈与防滥用（IP、设备 Cookie、卡国家、卡指纹）。

Contract performance (accounts, AI usage, billing, refunds, marketplace); legal obligation (accounting, tax, anti-money-laundering); service security (fraud and abuse prevention using IP, device cookie, card country and card fingerprint); and consent (BYOK, device bridge, new-device mail).

• 不出售你的个人信息。
• 不用你的输入或生成内容训练我们自己的模型。第三方模型厂商按其 API 数据政策处理经我们转发的内容（见 子处理者清单）；使用 BYOK 时按你与厂商自己的合同处理。
• 不用支付数据做广告或画像；没有第三方广告 Cookie。
• 不读取你电脑上的文件正文，也不采集屏幕或键盘（设备桥的结构见第 2 节）。

We do not sell your data, do not train our own models on your content, do not use payment data for advertising, and never upload file contents, screen or keystrokes from your computer.

我们只把完成你请求所必需的数据交给受托处理的服务商，名单、用途与地区见 /legal/subprocessors。此外：

• 依法要求：在法律、法院或有权机关要求时，或为保护用户与本服务的安全所必需时。
• 内容争议：收到合格权利通知后，我们把通知转送给内容上传者；反通知转送给通知人。
• 业务转让：如发生合并、收购或资产转让，我们会提前通知你，并要求接收方继续遵守本政策。

Processors are listed at /legal/subprocessors. We also disclose data when law or a competent authority requires it, forward rights notices between the parties in a content dispute, and notify you before any business transfer.

只保留到目的完成或法律要求的期限。分类如下（期限从你最后一次相关操作起算）：

• 对话、生成结果、项目与站点数据、AI 记忆：保留到你自己删除，或注销账户为止。
• 每次 AI 调用的完整请求与响应原文（用量页「审计」入口）：24 小时后自动删除。 之后只保留模型名、token 数与金额，不含正文。
• 内容安全审核记录：为履行安全管理与追溯义务，保存审核时间、请求编号、账号标识、内容类型、审核结论及风险类别，不少于六个自然月。这些专项记录不保存对话正文、图片地址或密钥；完整调用原文仍按前项在24小时后删除。
• 充值、退款、拒付记录：按《会计档案管理办法》保存会计凭证与交易记录（一般为 10 年）。
• 防滥用数据（下单时的 IP、设备标识）：不超过 12 个月；触发限额或拒付的记录随账号档位保留 180 天。
• 登录设备记录与账号安全事件：每个账户只保留最近使用的 100 台设备记录，到注销账户为止；安全事件（新设备、 改密、改邮箱等）保留 180 天。
• 云浏览器：加密的登录状态快照最后活动后 7 天；关键截图 30 天； 脱敏的事件元数据 90 天；你删除任务后对象在 24 小时内清理。
• 设备桥：任务记录结束后 30 天；已撤销的设备 90 天后删除。 你电脑上的本地审计由你自己保管。
• 内容争议：案件材料保留到案件关闭且相关法律时效届满；违规计数滚动 12 个月；已下架内容的指纹长期保留以阻止重传。
• 普通服务器访问日志：不超过 90 天。依法留存的内容安全审核记录适用上项六个自然月期限。
• 注销后：账户与内容数据通常在 30 天内删除或匿名化；上面列出的支付与法定记录除外。

Content and projects: until you delete them or close your account. Full AI request / response audit text: 24 hours. Payment, refund and dispute records: per PRC accounting-archive rules (generally 10 years). Moderation decision metadata is retained for at least six calendar months without conversation bodies, image URLs or keys.Anti-abuse data (IP, device): up to 12 months. Device records: the 100 most recently used, until account deletion; security events 180 days. Cloud browser: encrypted checkpoint 7 days, key screenshots 30 days, redacted metadata 90 days. Device bridge: tasks 30 days, revoked devices 90 days. Content disputes: until closed plus statutory limitation; takedown fingerprints kept for stay-down. Server logs up to 90 days. After account deletion, remaining data is deleted or anonymised normally within 30 days, except statutory records.

境内版的个人信息存储在中华人民共和国境内（阿里云广州）。我们不向境外提供你的个人信息；境内版只连接境内模型厂商与服务商（阿里云百炼、火山方舟、深度求索等，见子处理者清单）。如未来因业务需要向境外提供，我们将依法履行安全评估、标准合同或认证等义务，并事先取得你的单独同意。

Mainland-edition data stays in the PRC (Alibaba Cloud, Guangzhou). We do not transfer your personal information abroad; the mainland edition connects only to domestic model vendors and processors. Any future cross-border transfer will follow PIPL assessment / standard-contract requirements and your separate consent.

在适用法律范围内，你可以：

• 访问与导出：对话、生成结果、用量与账单在站内随时可看；需要机器可读的完整副本，写信到 dev@oceanleo.cn，我们在 30 天内提供。
• 更正：账户资料在设置页自行修改。
• 删除：对话、项目、AI 记忆、BYOK 密钥、已配对的电脑可在站内逐项删除；注销整个账户见 怎么注销账户。
• 撤回同意：删除 BYOK 密钥、撤销设备桥配对，均在设置页；撤回不影响此前的处理。
• 限制与反对：对基于合法利益的处理（如防滥用），你可以提出反对，我们会说明理由或停止处理。
• 投诉：你也可以向网信部门投诉举报（12377），或向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

我们在收到请求后 30 天内答复；需要核实身份时会先请你从注册邮箱确认。

Access, export (machine-readable copy within 30 days on request), rectification, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction / objection, and complaint. You may also complain to the Cyberspace Administration (12377 hotline) or bring a claim before a competent PRC court. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm from your registered email first.

本服务不面向未满 14 周岁的未成年人。如你未满 14 周岁，须由监护人阅读本政策并同意后方可使用；我们将按未成年人个人信息保护规则处理。如发现误收集，请联系 dev@oceanleo.cn，我们会尽快删除。

Not for children under 14 without a guardian's consent (PIPL). Tell us at dev@oceanleo.cn if we did, and we will delete it.

• 会话 Cookie：维持登录态与跨子站单点登录（作用域 .oceanleo.cn）。禁用它就无法登录。
• 设备 Cookie oceanleo_device：一个随机标识，只存在网关域下（HttpOnly，最长 400 天）， 用来判断「这是不是你用过的浏览器」；用新浏览器登录时我们给你发一封提醒邮件。它不按 IP 或地区判断。
• BYOK Cookie oceanleo_byok：见第 2 节，只在你启用自带密钥时存在。
• 没有第三方广告或跟踪 Cookie。用户自己发布的网站、游戏与预览放在独立的用户内容域 （境内版对应的用户内容域），与登录 Cookie 隔离。

A session cookie for sign-in and cross-subdomain SSO; a random oceanleo_device cookie (HttpOnly, up to 400 days) so we can mail you when a new browser signs in; the sealed BYOK cookie if you use your own keys. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies. User-published content lives on a separate domain, isolated from login cookies.

传输全程 TLS 加密；数据库按用户行级隔离（RLS），只有网关服务角色可写；BYOK 密钥与云浏览器登录状态用 AES-256-GCM 加密、密钥与数据分开保管；IP 在安全事件里脱敏存储；内部访问最小权限。如发生个人信息泄露、篡改、丢失，我们将立即采取补救措施，按法律规定通知监管部门，并在可能造成危害时通知你。

TLS everywhere; row-level security so each user only reads their own rows; AES-256-GCM for BYOK keys and browser checkpoints with keys kept apart from data; masked IPs in security events; least-privilege internal access. If personal information is leaked, tampered with or lost, we take remedial action immediately, notify the regulator as required and inform you when harm is likely.

本版本自 2026-10-28 起生效，取代 2026-06-27 版。政策更新会在本页公布并标注日期；涉及收集范围、保留期限或共享对象的重大变更，我们会提前 通过站内通知或邮件告知。
