OceanLeo（境内版） 是一个在线 AI 工作台，提供基于 AI 的文本、图像生成与编辑能力，以及基于上述内容的文档整理与导出。境内版暂不提供视频、音频、音乐、3D 等生成能力。所有服务均通过网站在线交付，不涉及任何实物商品。

OceanLeo（境内版） is an online AI workspace for generating and editing text and images and for preparing documents from them. Video, audio, music and 3D generation are not offered in the mainland edition. Everything is delivered online; no physical goods are involved.

你需登录账户方可使用计费功能。你应对账户下的所有活动负责，并妥善保管登录凭据。你保证注册信息 真实、准确，且你已年满当地法律规定的可订立合同的最低年龄。一人只应持有一个账户；批量注册、 买卖或出借账户属于违规。

You need an account for billed features and are responsible for everything done under it. Keep your credentials safe, register with true information, be old enough to contract where you live, and hold only one account. Bulk registration, selling or lending accounts is a violation.

本服务采用预充值钱包 + 按量计费模式，详见 定价说明。每次调用 AI 能力按厂商官方价从你的余额中扣除。本版本的支付通道：微信支付、支付宝。 收款与收据出具方：深圳市极目野光科技有限公司（数电票由公司在电子税务局开出，软件只排队申请）。你授权我们（或我们的收款服务商）按你发起的充值金额收取相应款项。 退款按 退款政策 执行。

The Service is a prepaid wallet billed per use at the model vendor's list price (see Pricing). Payment channels for this edition: 微信支付; 支付宝. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

你充进钱包的余额是对本服务的预付款，不是存款：不计利息，不可转让，不可提现， 不可在账户之间转移，只能用于购买本服务。想拿回钱，只能按 退款政策 申请退款（充值订单付款后 60 天内、每笔订单 1 次）。

余额分两种：你充值的充值余额，和我们送的赠送金（注册赠送、活动赠送等）。 赠送金永远不退现、不可提现；扣费时视为赠送金先花。

你注销账户时，未消耗的充值余额按退款政策处理（在退款窗口内且符合条件的部分可退），赠送金作废。 我们终止你的账户时同样如此，但因你违规而终止的，见第 14 节。

Your balance is a prepayment for the Service, not a deposit: no interest, not transferable, not withdrawable, not movable between accounts, usable only for the Service. Money comes back only through the Refund Policy (within 60 days of payment, 1 refund per order). Granted credit is never refunded and is treated as spent first. When an account closes, unused paid balance follows the Refund Policy and granted credit lapses.

每个账户都有充值额度：单笔上限、充值后余额上限、24 小时内成功充值笔数上限（3 笔），并按你的真实用量自动调整。注册不满 30 天或近 30 天没有真实消费的账户，单笔不超过 ¥500，充值后余额不超过 ¥1,000；有稳定用量的账户单笔不超过 ¥3,000，充值后余额不超过近 30 天消费的 3 倍（最低 ¥5,000，最高 ¥20,000）。充值页会直接显示你当前的额度。更大金额请联系客服走对公转账。

我们可以要求你补充身份信息，可以限制或拒绝看起来可疑的充值（例如多个账户共用同一张卡或同一网络）。 虚假交易、套利、洗钱、使用盗刷的卡、批量注册账户，我们会终止账户、收回相关余额，并向你追偿造成的损失。

公司承担通道费的退款若明显高于同期真实消费（近 365 天超过 3 倍），会按账号和卡分别累计：30 天内第 2 次提醒且之后还能充 1 次，第 3 次暂停充值 30 天，连续 5 笔都这样则账号 365 天不能充、该卡不能再充。法定退款始终按 退款政策 办理，余额和这一笔退款不受标记影响。

拒付（chargeback）：发卡行问询不动钱包。正式立案时争议金额从钱包扣回、剩余正余额冻结，账号和该卡都不能充值。向发卡行撤回或判我们胜之后自动解冻并恢复充值，账号按新账户额度充值 180 天；判持卡人胜则争议金额不退、剩余余额解冻，账号 365 天不能充、该卡不能再充。全程无人工审核。细节见 退款政策。

Every account has per-order, post-top-up balance and frequency caps (3 successful top-ups per 24 hours) that adjust to real usage; the top-up page shows yours. We may ask for identity information and may limit or refuse suspicious top-ups. Fraud, arbitrage, money laundering, stolen cards or bulk registration end the account, forfeit the related balance and make you liable for our loss. Fee-absorbed refunds well above real usage (more than 3× over 365 days) are flagged per account and per card: a warning after 2 flags in 30 days (1 top-up left), a 30-day pause at 3, and an account close of 365 days (card permanently) after 5 consecutive flagged top-ups. Statutory refunds always follow the Refund Policy. A formal chargeback freezes remaining balance and blocks top-ups; after a win for us, new-account caps apply for 180 days; after a loss, the account cannot top up for 365 days and the card cannot be used again.

你同意不将本服务用于以下用途：

• 违反任何适用法律法规，或侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权等合法权益；
• 生成、传播违法、暴力、仇恨、欺诈、色情或其他有害内容；
• 试图破坏、逆向、滥用或未经授权访问本服务或其基础设施；
• 以自动化方式滥用、超额或转售本服务，损害其他用户的正常使用。

我们有权对违规账户暂停或终止服务。

Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights, to produce or spread illegal, violent, hateful, fraudulent, sexual or otherwise harmful content, to attack or reverse the Service, or to abuse or resell it in bulk. We may suspend or terminate violating accounts.

你对输入本服务的内容（prompt、上传的文件等）负责，并保证你拥有相应权利。在适用法律允许的范围内， 你对通过本服务生成的结果享有使用权。生成结果由第三方 AI 模型产生，我们不对其准确性、合法性或适用性 作出保证，你应自行判断后使用。

You are responsible for what you put in and warrant you have the rights to it. To the extent the law allows, you may use what you generate. Outputs come from third-party models; we do not warrant their accuracy, legality or fitness, so check before you rely on them.

本服务聚合调用第三方 AI 模型厂商的能力。相关调用可能同时受这些厂商各自使用条款的约束。服务的可用性、 价格与模型列表可能随上游变化而调整。

平台密钥：默认情况下调用走我们的厂商账户，按厂商官方价按量从你的余额扣费，明细见 定价说明。

自带密钥（BYOK）：你也可以填入自己在厂商处申请的 API 密钥。此时调用费用由你与厂商直接结算， 我们不加价、不从你的余额扣费；你负责该密钥的合法取得与用量。密钥如何封存、我们能看到什么，见 隐私政策。

The Service calls third-party model vendors, whose own terms may apply. With platform keys, usage is billed from your balance at the vendor's list price. With your own key (BYOK), you settle with the vendor directly; we add no markup and charge nothing to your balance. How keys are sealed is described in the Privacy Policy.

部分功能可以在你授权后，在你的设备上（通过你安装的桥接程序）或在我们提供的云浏览器里替你执行操作。 你决定授权范围，也对授权范围内发生的操作及其结果负责；请只授权你确实需要、且你有权操作的对象。 我们不对第三方网站或应用在这些操作中的行为、可用性或内容负责。你可以随时在设备或账户设置中撤销授权。

Some features act on your device (through the bridge you install) or in a cloud browser we provide, within the scope you authorise. You are responsible for that scope and for what happens inside it; we are not responsible for third-party sites or apps involved. You can revoke the authorisation at any time.

通过 OceanLeo（境内版） 的 LeoBay 找真人接单或接活，还要遵守 LeoBay 条款；它规定了买方、接单方与平台三方的关系、托管付款、取消、退款与争议处理，以及平台怎么收费。

Hiring or taking work through LeoBay is also governed by the LeoBay Terms: the buyer, seller and platform roles, escrowed payment, cancellation, refunds, disputes and how the platform charges.

我们不向适用的制裁或出口管制法律禁止的地区、实体或个人提供服务。你保证你不是此类地区的居民、不在 此类名单上，也不会将本服务或其生成结果用于受管制的用途（包括武器、军事、监控等被禁止的最终用途）， 或转交给被禁止的对象。我们可以为遵守这些法律限制或终止服务，而无须事先通知。

We do not serve regions, entities or persons barred by applicable sanctions or export-control law. You warrant you are not one of them and will not use the Service or its outputs for controlled end uses or pass them to barred parties. We may restrict or terminate service to comply, without prior notice.

本服务按“现状”提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，深圳市极目野光科技有限公司 对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、偶然或后果性损失不承担责任；我们的累计责任以你在主张发生前 12 个月内就本服务实际支付的金额为限。本节不排除法律不允许排除的责任。

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, 深圳市极目野光科技有限公司 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

你可随时停止使用并申请关闭账户。我们可因你违反本条款而暂停或终止你的访问。终止后，未消耗的充值余额 可按 退款政策 处理；因第 6 节所列欺诈或滥用行为终止的，我们可以拒绝退还相关余额， 并保留追偿权利。赠送金在终止时作废。

You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate it for breach. Unused paid balance then follows the Refund Policy, except that balance tied to fraud or abuse under Section 6 may be withheld. Granted credit lapses on termination.

我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后将在本页公布并标注更新日期。重大变更我们会以合理方式通知。条款更新后 你继续使用本服务，即视为接受更新后的条款。

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are notified. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.

遇到问题请先写信到 dev@oceanleo.cn，我们会与你协商解决；协商期为你首次来信起 30 天。协商不成的，按下面这句处理：

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖并据其解释；因本协议引起的争议，由深圳市极目野光科技有限公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院管辖。消费者依法享有的权利不因本协议而减损。

Write to dev@oceanleo.cn first; we negotiate for 30 days from your first message. Failing that, the governing law and forum are as stated above for this edition. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence are not affected.

境内版（oceanleo.cn）：服务提供方为 深圳市极目野光科技有限公司（统一社会信用代码 91440300MAKE54BD0T），适用中华人民共和国法律。账本币种为人民币，支付通道为 微信支付、支付宝。

实名：按法律要求，你需要以本人手机号完成实名登记后方可使用生成功能；账户与手机号一一对应。

生成式人工智能服务：我们按《生成式人工智能服务管理暂行办法》履行义务：对 AI 生成的文本、图片 及文档添加标识；提供投诉入口（AI 内容投诉与反馈，权利通知处理规则见 版权政策）；采取措施防止未成年人沉迷，未成年人须在监护人同意下使用。 你不得利用本服务生成法律法规禁止的内容。

生成内容标识：文本生成结果在内容附近显示「AI生成，内容仅供参考」提示； 复制或导出生成文本时保留人工智能生成提示。生成图片在边角添加「AI生成」文字， 文字高度不低于图片最短边的 5%，下载后保留该标识。 对支持文件元数据的生成内容导出格式，文件中同时写入 AIGC 隐式标识，记录生成合成属性、 服务提供者编码及内容编号等信息。普通纯文本复制不承诺保留文件元数据。 请仔细阅读这些标识要求；不得恶意删除、篡改、伪造或隐匿生成合成内容标识。

预付款：你充值的是预付款。付款后 7 日内申请退款的， 我们全额返还该笔本金（不扣通道费）；超过 7 日、在 60 天内申请的，按 退款政策 扣除该笔付款实际产生的通道费。 赠送金不退。

发票：数电票由 深圳市极目野光科技有限公司 在电子税务局开出，开票规则与申请入口见 定价说明 与 退款政策。

Mainland edition (oceanleo.cn): provider 深圳市极目野光科技有限公司, PRC law, CNY ledger, payment via 微信支付 / 支付宝. Real-name registration with your own phone number is required. We label AI-generated text, images and documents, provide an AI-content complaint page and take minor-protection measures under the Interim Measures for Generative AI Services. Prepayments refunded within 7 days of payment are returned in full; later requests within 60 days deduct the actual channel fee. Fully digital invoices are issued by 深圳市极目野光科技有限公司.

AI 输入、生成结果、任务或文件有安全问题，或对审核结果有异议，可使用无需注册的 AI 内容投诉与反馈。保存回执后可查询人工答复并申请复核。

普通用户在站点上发现不当内容，请用页面上的「举报」按钮。如果你是权利人，认为某条内容侵犯了你的版权、商标或肖像权，请走 权利通知，不要用举报代替正式通知。处理流程、反通知与反复侵权规则见 版权政策。
